Delete from account settings

Open account deletion. If needed, sign in from the Profile tab, then choose Settings → delete account. Enter your account email and password in the separate fields and confirm permanent deletion.

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. If you cannot access your account, use our support email to request deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account, profile, learning progress, saved words, practice and review history, account-linked subscription records, and contact or feedback messages matching your account email from our active systems. You cannot restore the account. Cached account data on other devices is removed when they next connect.

Subscriptions

Website subscriptions are cancelled during deletion. Cancel Apple or Google Play subscriptions through the original store to stop store billing: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Immediate account deletion remains available. You lose account access immediately, including any remaining Pro time; deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Statutory rights still apply.

Confirmation and limited retention

Deletion normally completes immediately. If a service is unavailable, we sign you out and retry automatically. We send a separate confirmation email only after deletion completes. Minimal deletion and delivery records are retained for up to 30 days after completion; unresolved email delivery records remain while being resolved. Restricted backups expire under the hosting provider’s schedule. Payment providers may retain transaction records required by law. See our privacy notice for details.
